I built Lenormand Ai to keep the mystery of a reading fully intact — personal, experiential, voiced, and paced with real artistry — and make it accessible to more people.
The Context
Getting a professional card reading normally means booking a paid human reader and working around their availability. Lenormand Ai makes a personalized, narrated reading available on demand — a crafted, polished, finished consumer product, with flexible subscription and pay-per-reading pricing.
The Approach
I owned product, design, and engineering end to end, building it as a multi-environment application with hard isolation between development, beta, and production. The system is cost-aware by design: narration gracefully degrades across providers as usage scales, keeping quality and unit economics in balance.
What I Built
A complete guided reading flow — multiple AI personas, decks, and spreads — backed by real-time interpretation and voiced narration. The commercial layer ships alongside it: authentication, subscription billing, usage gating, transactional email, and an internal admin console for operations and review.
The Outcome
Vision, design system, AI pipeline, billing, and operations — all built and shipped solo, with no team behind it. A deliberate beta phase preceded general release, proving the system out before anyone else could use it; today it runs live in production, open to the public.
